The music on this album was written for or inspired by Bonnie over the 52 years we’ve been together, meeting at age 15. After an eight-year battle, cancer took Bonnie at age 66 in 2022. All proceeds from Bandcamp.com sales will be donated to cancer research so maybe, one day, the world can end this horrible disease. The music here represents only a small portion of instrumentals and songs written for Bonnie. While some were written decades ago, several were written during the last year of her life as I sat with her, playing guitar softly while she rested or slept. They reflect her optimistic, positive attitude that endured to the end.
